Those who drive up through the large gate first see only land and sky. The view of the house remains deliberately understated. The surprise lies inside: a silent space behind masonry, carried by exposed wooden beams. This is where the order of wine begins.

Prestige in oak: stage and archive

The shelving comes from the standard Prestige series. Brown-stained oak creates warmth and calm. At the top, compact single compartments are dedicated to varietal storage, while large X-shaped compartments below accommodate bottles and wine cases. LED lighting draws bright lines across the labels and makes selection precise. Glassware is placed in the niches; the shelving is both stage and archive.

Terroir in the Béarn: Jurançon, Béarn, Madiran

The location lies in the historic Béarn region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, on the edge of the Pyrenees. The appellations Jurançon and Béarn are within reach, and Madiran is not far away. This explains the cellar’s composition: characterful red wines, aromatic whites, bottles for the moment and bottles for later.
